GLQW-1型摩擦阻尼器的滞回特性分析与实验研究

摘要
从工程实际出发,查找大量资料,对Pall摩擦耗能器进行研究,针对其一些缺点进行改正.在此基础上,结合计算理论和技术经验,在试验的基础上自行开发设计了GLQW-1型摩擦阻尼器("王"形芯板摩擦耗能器),建立合适的力学模型,分析了它的整体滞回特性及受力特点,用二分法计算,编程给出理论滞回曲线,并在半足尺模型试验中得到验证,并分析了误差的原因.笔者最后给出了工程设计实例,对比使用前后大楼的动力反应结果,发现有着显著的作用效果,说明其具有应用研究价值.
In this paper,the behavior of Pall frictional damper was investigated and modified based on much information and engineering practice.According to the theory calculation and lab test,the GLQW-1 friction damper was developed by improving the Pall type damper.The theory hysteresis curve of GLQW-1 friction damper were calculated by the dichotomy and checked in the semireal-scale text(1/2) model test.It is shown that the hysteresis curve of GLQW1 friction damping is much fuller than that of Pall type,and marginal starting is much quicker than the Pall type.This result is also approved by theory calculation.The GLQW-1 friction damping was suited for low intensity region,and application of GLQW-1 friction damper in a building showed its effectiveness.
