索穹顶结构施工成形理论分析

摘要
认为模拟各施工过程就是寻找施工各阶段平衡态的过程,首先采用抛物线单元建立已知原长的构件变形后节点坐标与构件内力之间的关系,接着采用动力松弛法、控制构件原长进行平衡态的找形分析,并尝试对由外及里逐圈张拉下斜索、只张拉外圈下斜索、由外及里逐圈调节压杆长度等3种施工方案进行模拟分析。结果表明:基于动力松弛法、控制构件原长的找形分析方法是有效和正确的,同时该文提出的各施工方案是可行的,可应用于实际工程的施工张拉
Simulation of construction process is to find the equilibrium state of every construction stage. The relationship between the nodal coordinates and the internal forces of elements with known original length is established. Every equilibrium state is found by controlling the original length with dynamic relaxation method. Three construction schemes such as pretensioning the diagonal cables from outer to inner hoop, only pretensioning the outer diagonal cables and adjusting the length of struts from outer to inner hoop are investigated based on this method. The results indicate that the proposed form-finding method by controlling the original length with dynamic relaxation mothod is accurate and effective and the proposed construction schemes are reasonable and can be adopted into the construction of cable domes.
