长江三峡库区连续运行卫星定位服务系统构建问题的思考

摘要
长江三峡库区地质灾害多发,构建可靠、有效的地质灾害监测预警系统势在必行。鉴于目前库区各类监控信息沟通与整体性分析不够理想的状况,提出了建立长江三峡库区CORS系统(Continuous Operational Reference System——连续运行卫星定位服务系统)的设想,总结了长江三峡库区地质灾害的概况与发展趋势,介绍了CORS系统的概况与最新进展,阐述了长江三峡库区CORS系统构建时应该注意的一些问题。
Since geological calamities are frequent at the Three Gorges Reservoir area,it is imperative to build a reliable and effective monitoring and alarming system directing against geological calamities at the area.The paper,in view of the unsatisfactory communication and comprehensive analysis of the monitoring information of the area,proposes to establish CORS in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area.What's more,the author also summarizes the general situation and development of geological calamities in the area,introduces the situation and latest development of CORS and states the problems during the building of CORS in the Three Gorges Reservoir area of the Yangtze River.
