动力参数法预测钻机井架结构承载能力研究

摘要
为及时准确地识别在役钻机井架结构损伤,提出了基于动力参数预测井架结构承载能力的方法。利用模态分析技术,识别出理想情况下井架结构的动力特性参数(如固有频率、振型等),与结构实测动力特性参数进行比较,由此来判断井架结构的损伤程度。通过对动力测试参数关于井架结构待识别参数的灵敏度分析形成识别过程中的残差方程,采用优化方法求解当前井架结构的参数真值,进而预测井架结构的承载能力。该方法为在役钻机井架结构的损伤识别和安全监测提供了一条有效的途径。
A method for evaluating the bearing capacity of drilling derrick is proposed based on dynamic parameters.Using Modal Analysis technology,dynamic parameters(such as natural frequency,vibration,etc.) are identified.With comparison of the measured dynamic parameters,the extent of injury is determined.Residual equation is established through the sensitivity analysis,and the current true value of derrick structure parameters is solved using the optimization method.The bearing capacity of derrick structure is forecasted.This method also offers an effective way for the damage identification and safety monitoring for rig derrick in-service.
