石油钻机井架的冲击响应分析

摘要
对钻机井架受纵向冲击和正常工作阶段受周期性持续载荷的响应作了分析,依据JJ300/43—A形井架的实际工况,运用时间历程分析方法,对井架顶端节点施加2次冲击载荷作用,其余冲击皆为零。分析结果认为,在瞬时冲击载荷下,位移在很短的时间内具有一定的波动性,随着时间间隔的变化,波动的幅度各不相同;在严重的冲击载荷作用下,井架顶部Z方向响应最为强烈,危险时位移可达24.5cm。
The response of longitudinal impact and cyclic continuous load of drill rig at the normal working stage is analyzed. According to the actual working condition of JJ300/43-A shape derrick, the impact load is applied on the top node of derrick twice and the other impacts are all zero by using the time history analysis method. The analysis results indicate that the displacement has a certain surge at very short time, and the surge amplitude varies with the change of time interval. Under the serious impact load, the direction response at the top of the derrick is the strongest with the displacement reaching 24.5 cm at the worst.
