摘要

本文从广西的自然条件、经济水平、社会状况出发,总结小城镇建设与科学发展观的必然联系和因素,认为科学发展观还需要夯实,还要进一步加强小城镇地方特色的研究,全面推动可持续发展战略的实施。
From the natural condition,economic level and social condition of GuangXi,this article summarized the inevitable connection between small city and town construction and scientific development concept,and suggested that the scientific development concept and the study on the regional characteristics should be strengthened to promote the implementation of Sustainable Development Strategy.
