摘要
本文旨在综合比较中、美、日、欧洲抗震设计规范关于抗震设防水准、抗震设防目标、抗震设计方法及地震力降低系数取值的大小,设计的目标的一致性,即都希望用最少的资金建造最牢固的实用的建筑结构,这是我们一直努力的方向,也是本文进行比较的目的,期待在总结自己好的经验的基础上再借鉴些别国先进的概念,使我国的结构设计规范能够更加完善。
There is a contrast between seismic design code of different countries because of seismic design standard、seismic design objectives、seismic design methods and value of force coefficients. The code of China, United States, Japan and European Union are compared. As have the same purpose that we all hope use little money to build the practical and firmly buildings, this is the direction we have been working hard and also is the purpose of this paper, In summing up his expectations based on the good experience and other countries more advanced concepts make the code of our country more perfect.
