摘要

文章通过对目前非开挖技术规划、管理方面所暴露出的一些问题进行分析,提出了建立非开挖管理、评价系统的思想。经过分析制定了一系列的评价指标并提出了相关建议。
The article analyzes the problems arising in the plan and management of trenchless pipe laying technology and puts forth the idea of establishing a management and evaluation system for trenchless technology. And then it sets up a series of evaluation indicators based on the analytical study and presents some related suggestions to the application and plan of trenchless technology.
