摘要

瑞典ABB公司的ACS800型变频器,在驱动特殊负载液体氮气压缩泵时,RMIO板给定信号,在只有远程DCS控制,负载启动过程中,工艺保护不起作用,应配合内部参数设定,通过技术改造才能满足生产需要。
The ACS800 transducer was made in ABB Company.When driving the load such as the liquid nitrogen compress pump,the RMIO module assign the signal.But if only select the remote control mode by DCS system,the protection of production was unavailable during starting the loading pump.We have to enactment the inter-parameters and take the technology reconstruct to meet the requirement of production.
