水利工程项目综合优化方法

摘要
进度、成本和质量称为建筑施工项目的三大控制目标。文章探讨了对三大控制目标进行综合优化的理论与方法,并结合某小型水电站溢洪道工程项目实例进行了验算。结果表明,应用综合优化模型,可以方便地对工程项目的进度、成本和质量控制目标做出优化决策。
The construction progress, cost and quality are called the three control targets in the construction project. The paper discusses the theory and method of comprehensive optimization for the three control targets, carries out the checking calculation taking spillway project of a certain small hydropower station as an example. The results show that the optimization decision of the three control targets could be obtained conveniently for the project by using the comprehensive optimization model.
