半刚性螺栓球节点单层球面网壳受力性能研究

摘要
螺栓球结点为一种典型的半刚性节点,它具有一定的转动刚度,这种半刚性节点的网壳也具有一定的抗弯承载力,利用常用螺栓球节点的弯曲刚度,考虑了几何和材料非线性,利用常用有限元软件ANSYS对K8型和K6型螺栓球节点的单层球面网壳进行了弹塑性全过程分析,该文考虑了节点弯曲刚度、节点扭转刚度、跨度和矢跨比、节点域、荷载形式、杆件截面类型、支承条件等参数对网壳极限承载力的影响,得到了影响半刚性节点网壳受力性能的主要因素,较为全面的获得了螺栓球节点单层球面网壳的稳定性能。最后,该文根据前面分析所得结果,拟合出了无缺陷状态下,半刚性球面网壳的极限承载力公式,为网壳设计提供了参考。
A bolt-ball joint system is a typical semi-rigid system.Therefore, a single layer reticulated dome with bolt-ball joints can bear certain amount of bending moment.Based on the bending stiffness curves of a bolt-ball joint[1], considering the geometric non-linearity and material non-linearity, the K8 and K6 single-layer reticulated domes with a bolt-joint system have been analyzed in detail using the finite element software ANSYS based on several different parameters including bending stiffness, torsional stiffness, ratio of rise to span, ball size, load distribution, tube section, support condition in this paper, and key parameters having influence on the load carrying capacity of a dome are thus identified.The overall stability characters of a single-layer reticulated dome with a bolt-ball joint system are obtained.Finally, based on the results obtained by the parametric analysis, a new formula is proposed, which allows designers a rapid estimation of buckling loads for semi-rigid jointed single-layer latticed domes.
