摘要

依据国家需求和国内卫星通信发展实况提出了构建我国国家级应急卫星通信网的思路,文中阐述了应急卫星通信网的体系结构及其建设要求。
Based on the national demand and status quo of China’s satellite communications development, the paper puts forward the way of constructing a national emergency satellite communications net in China, and elaborates the system structure and requirements for emergency satellite communications net.
