摘要

通过一幢位于地裂缝影响带的房屋安全鉴定实例分析,对受地裂缝影响的房屋,如何进行房屋结构安全鉴定及如何实施相应的防治措施,进行了研究。可供类似西安地裂缝场地上的建筑物鉴定时参考使用,同时为我国其他地区地裂缝影响带上的房屋安全鉴定积累宝贵经验。
Based on the example of building safety apprasial in ground fissure zone,how to make safety appraisal for those buildings and which measures should be taken were studied.Which is useful for buildings of fissures zones in Xi'an and also provides experience for other regions suffering from ground fissure disasters.
