爆破振动时频特征的段药量及抵抗线效应

摘要
基于信号重排平滑伪Wigner-Ville分布(RSPWVD),用Matlab5.6编写了振动信号处理软件,研究了振动信号时频特征的段药量及抵抗线效应,分析了铜山口铜矿、贵铝矿实测爆破振动信号的RSPWVD.研究表明,段药量增加,爆破振动信号的各主频率存在降低的趋势且趋向稳定值;爆破振动信号第1主频率的持续时间增加,并成为持续时间最长的频率;抵抗线增加,单段爆破振动波形的最大质点振动幅值(PPV)增加,主频率有显著降低趋势;爆破振动波形的主频率持续时间受段药量影响比受抵抗线影响更大.
The software was devoloped based on Matlab5.6 and data reassigned smoothing pseudo Wigner-Ville distribution(RSPWVD).Blast vibration data tested in two mines were used to analysis explosive blasted per delay and burden effects onthe time-frequency characteristic of blast induced vibration.RSPWVD of vibration waves come from different charges of simultaneous blast and burdens were given.The conclusions show that main vibration frequency of blast vibration data assumes decrease and tends to keep a stable value with exposive blasted per delay increasing,and the first main vibration frequency duration of blasting tends to increase and becomes the frequency which duration is the longest.The peak particle vibration velocity(PPV) of simultaneous blast ascends and its main vibration frequency tends to decrease when blasting burden increases.The examples of two mines listed to study illustrate that explosive has more significant impact than blast burden width on main vibration frequency duration in time.
