建筑物的重要性与经济性

摘要
建筑物的重要性和经济性是工程建设投资和建筑结构设计中一对相互矛盾而又相互关联的问题,从投资方尤其是一些注重追求利益的业主的角度来想,建筑物只要满足功能要求,越经济越好;而从结构设计师的角度来看,则需要让建筑物更加安全耐用。如何合理的调配这两方面的矛盾是目前结构设计师面对的一个非常棘手的问题。本文结合现实的自然灾害阐述了结构设计时应重视建筑物的重要性,提出了处理建筑物的重要性和经济性的关系的几点控制办法,希望在满足经济性要求的前提下,尽可能的提高结构的抗倒塌能力,增强结构的整体性能和安全性能,使结构更安全,确保国民的生命、财产安全。
The importance and economical efficiency of building are contradictory and interrelated issues in the construction investment and construction.From the focus point of some investors to think,especially the pursuit of the interests of the owners,just functional requirements of buildings are meet,the more economic the better.From the architect's point of view,buildings should be making more safe and durable.How reasonable allocation of the contradiction between these two aspects is a very difficult problem that the architect are facing.The importance of building which should be pay more attain in the structural design are described in this paper,and control methods are proposed to deal with relationships of the importance and economic of building.Resistance to the collapse of the structure is improved as far as possible,and the overall performance of the structure and safety performance are enhanced,to make the structure more security and ensure the lives of citizens and property safe,which are hoped at the promise of meeting the economic requirements.
