T形截面钢管混凝土柱抗震性能试验研究

摘要
异形柱框架结构较传统框架结构能有效地改善建筑内部的使用空间,但目前应用较多的钢筋混凝土异形柱结构在抗震性能方面限制较严,制约了其进一步的推广和应用。钢管混凝土异形柱由于提高了含钢率和对混凝土的约束效应,能够对钢筋混凝土异形柱的抗震性能有所改善,但因钢管过早发生局部屈曲以及阴角处钢管和混凝土脱开而降低了改善效果,因此提出了在异形钢管内部加焊钢筋加劲肋的构造措施。进行了3根T形柱的压弯滞回性能试验研究,试件包括1根不加劲钢管混凝土柱、1根加劲钢管混凝土柱和1根钢筋混凝土柱对比试件。探讨了各类试件的破坏模式和滞回力学性能,分析了钢筋加劲肋的作用机理以及钢管对混凝土的约束效果。试验结果表明,钢管混凝土柱相对钢筋混凝土柱破坏程度减轻,刚度和承载力更高,耗能性能更好;钢筋加劲肋能有效限制钢板中央和阴角处位移,保证钢管和混凝土共同工作,加设钢筋加劲肋的试件初始刚度、承载力和延性更好。
Special-shaped column structures can improve residential architectural space,compared with traditional frame structures.However,there are strict limitations for widely used special-shaped reinforced concrete(RC) columns in seismic behaviors,which hampers further application of special-shaped columns.Due to the increase of steel ratio and constraint effect to concrete,special-shaped concrete-filled steel tube(CFST) columns are superior on the seismic behavior to RC columns.However,the advantages are more or less weakened by steel plates' premature local buckling and the separation between steel tube and concrete at inward corners.Innovative inner reinforcement stiffeners are firstly put forward in this paper.Experimental investigation on hysteretic properties of three T-shaped columns was conducted,including one non-stiffened CFST columns,one stiffened CFST column and one RC column.Failure modes and hysteretic properties of the specimens were investigated,and the mechanism of reinforcement stiffeners and confinement provided by T-shaped tube were in-depth researched.The experimental results reveal that:compared with RC columns,the CFST columns has less damage,larger initial stiffness,higher resistance and better energy dissipation capacity;the reinforcement stiffeners can effectively restrain the out-of-plain deformation near the center plates and the inward corners,to enhance the teamwork of steel tube and concrete;the specimen with reinforcement stiffeners presents better initial stiffness,resistance and ductility.
