磁致伸缩液位传感器在水准仪上的应用研究

摘要
对磁致伸缩液位传感器在静力水准仪中的应用进行了研究,分析了磁致伸缩液位传感器的工作原理,提出一种基于磁致伸缩位移传感器的静力水准仪的设计方案。文中介绍了基于磁致伸缩液位传感的水准仪的总体构成及其工作原理,并给出了水准仪的软件、硬件设计方法和误差处理方法。实践证明,该方案切实可行,且效果较好。
The magnetostrictive liquid level sensor was studied in the application of static water lever, analyses the working principle of magnetostrictive liquid level sensor, and proposes a design scheme based on magnetostrictive liquid level sensor. The paper describes the overall composition of the water level based on the magnetostrictive liquid level sensor and the designing methodology of the system hardware and software and error treatment methods. The practice has proved that the scheme is feasible and effective.
