海底管道健康监测和安全评价系统软件开发

摘要
基于光栅光纤智能传感技术的在线监测健康诊断及安全评价系统,正成为海底管道损伤检测的手段和发展方向。文章根据海底管道的特点进行了系统数据流程设计、系统功能设计、系统数据库设计,在此基础上针对海底悬跨管道地震反应试验开发了实验模型子系统、数据对接子系统、数据查询子系统、安全评价子系统,初步实现了海底管道健康监测与安全评价系统的基本功能。
On-line health monitoring and safety assessment system based on intelligent sensing technique such as grating and optical fiber is becoming the tool and also the development trend of submarine pipeline damage detection. According to characteristics of submarine pipeline, the monitoring and assessment system designs on data flow, system functions and database are presented in this paper. The above results are applied to develop a set of subsystems including experimental model subsystem, data interchange subsystem, data querying subsystem and safety assessment subsystem for earthquake response experiment of free spanning sub- marine pipeline. The basic functions of health monitoring and safety assessment system of submarine pipeline are preliminarily achieved.
