摘要

为了减少或避免煤矿灾害事故的发生,降低煤炭生产风险,保护员工的安全与健康,论文提出了煤矿灾害事故损失预测模型,以及煤矿风险管理的概念。煤矿灾害事故损失预测是风险管理的重要组成部分,在灾害事故损失预测基础上将煤矿灾害事故损失量化,根据风险管理理论提出降低事故风险的措施。
In order to reduce or avoid the mine disaster accident occurred,to produce the mine coal production risk and to protect the safety and health of the mine staff,the paper provided the prediction model of the mine disaster accident loss and the conception of the mine risk management.The prediction of the mine disaster accident loss would be an important part of the mine risk management.Base on the prediction of the disaster accident loss,the mine disaster accident loss could be quantified.According to the risk management theory,the measures to reduce the accident risk were provided.
