带连廊高层建筑连接方式设计研究

摘要
面向日益增加的高层连体建筑,分析以往地震灾害中连廊破坏的主要原因,从连廊与主体结构的连接方式这一关键问题入手,在理论分析的基础上,通过对多种连接方式的有限元计算比较,结合模拟地震振动台试验结果,探讨在不同情况下连廊与主体结构的优选连接方案。研究表明:带连廊高层建筑宜优先考虑柔性连接方式,该连接方式能够极大改善连体结构体系的动力特性和动力响应,加强结构的抗震性能。在具体设计时,连廊宜优先采用轻质高强的钢结构,柔性节点必须具备足够的初始刚度和合适的变形刚度。此外,施工工况是设计中必须充分考虑的重要因素。
The discussion was raised in accordance with the increasing use of high-rise buildings with connecting corridors.By analysing the main reasons of the destruction of the connecting corridors in the former seismic disasters.The rational jointing methods in different cases based on comparing the results of the finite element analysis and the shaking table test were studied.The conclusion indicates that flexible joint is selected frist in design of connecting corridor,for it can improve the dynamic response and seimic behavior of structure.Steel structure should be preferred in connecting corridor design,and the flexible joint must have sufficient initial stiffness and deformation stiffnesses.In addition,construction processes must be well considered in design.
