福州电厂扩建工程施工爆破振动效应及控制

摘要
华能福州电厂扩建工程的土石方爆破部位临近正在运行的既有电厂,需要严格控制爆破振动影响.在爆破施工中进行全面的爆破振动监测,为优化钻爆方案及参数和科学评价爆破振动的安全影响提供依据.提出爆破振动控制分区及现场监测警告等方法,有效地控制了爆破振动强度并提高了爆破施工效率.通过对典型实测信号进行频谱分析,得到了该工程爆破振动信号的能量分布特性.
Massive soil-rock blasts were required in the extension project of Huaneng Fuzhou Power Plant. Blasting areas were in the vicinity of the established power plants which are still in running.Thus blasting vibration needs to be strictly controlled.The comprehensive blasting vibration monitorings were carried out in the processes of the blasting,which provided the basis for optimizing drilling-blasting schemes and parameters and scientifically evaluating the safety impact of the blasting vibration.Methods for applying blasting area partitioning for different extents of vibration control and setting warning value in the process of monitoring etc.are proposed,which effectively controlled the blasting vibration and increased the efficiency of the blasting construction.Some features of energy distribution of blast vibration signals are indicated,through the spectral analysis of the typical measured signals.
