摘要
深圳中航广场办公楼49层,总高度245.2m;公寓46层,总高度166.1m。结构设计采取多项结构技术综合应用,包括钢结构加强层、钢筋混凝土加强层、型钢混凝土、方(圆)钢管混凝土、多种形式的转换设计、万向球形钢支座、地下连续墙等,实施了逆作法、盖挖法等特殊施工方式。针对超限情况和结构体系,拟定合理的抗震性能设计目标及采取相应有效措施。对公寓进行振动台模型试验,进一步验证结构分析与设计的可靠性。
