钢筋的高应变低周疲劳性能分析

摘要
利用MTSNEW810电液伺服材料试验机,对HRB400,HRB500钢筋的高应变低周疲劳性能进行研究。采用控制总位移幅不变、保持应变率恒定并通过引伸计监测记录应变值的方法,测定HRB500钢筋高应变低周疲劳过程中的循环应力应变曲线,通过Basquin和Manson-Coffin公式拟合得到各规格钢筋的疲劳寿命方程,从而得到循环应力与应变、应变与疲劳寿命的关系。实验结果表明,HRB500高强钢筋比HRB400钢筋在高应变低周疲劳性能方面具有明显的优势。
Using MTS NEW 810 test machine,we research the properties of high strain low cycle fatigue of HRB400 and HRB500 reinforced steel.By controlling the total displacement amplitude unchanged,keeping the strain rate constant,and using the extensometer to record,determine the cyclic stress-strain curve of HRB500 reinforced steel during the high strain low cycle fatigue process.By fitting the Basquin and Manson-Coffin formula,get the fatigue life equation of every size steel,then result in the relationship between cyclic stress and strain,strain and fatigue life.The result shows that,compared with HRB400,HRB500 high strength steel has the obvious advantage at high strain low cycle fatigue properties.
