结构扭转效应影响因素探讨

摘要
《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ3—2002)中通过第4.3.5条对结构周期比和位移比的规定来控制建筑结构的扭转效应。然而,不区分结构的质量偏心程度,而单独限制周期比在实际工程中遇到了一定的问题。通过引入理论公式,结合工程实例,分析了结构在质量偏心率小、周期比大与质量偏心率大、周期比小这两种情况下结构的扭转效应以及抗震性能,认为周期比并非控制结构扭转效应的主要因素,应更加注意结构质量偏心率以及结构布置形式。
In the "Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building"(JGJ3—2002),the item 4.3.5 shows that to alleviate the torsional response of the structure,the period ratio and displacement ratio of the structure should be well controlled.Owing to neglecting the degree of mass eccentricity of the structure,some matters may appear in practice only by limiting the period ratio.In this paper,combined with engineering practice,the theoretical formulas are introduced to analyze the torsional responses and seismic performance of the structure with a small mass eccentricity and a large period ratio or with a large mass eccentricity and a small period ratio.The conclusion is that the period ratio is not the major factor controlling the torsional responses of the structure,however,more attention should be paid to the mass eccentricity of the structure and structural arrangement.
