物联网在煤矿生产上的应用

摘要
中国煤矿资源丰富,但煤矿安全事故频发。针对煤矿安全生产问题,结合物联网技术,提出了一种矿井物联网的构建方案。以2.4 GHz RFID射频读卡器作为感知末梢,感知并采集电子标签携带的员工身份码信息,校验正确后,再将身份码数据经工业总线网上传至地面监控计算机并由VB编程分析处理。实现了煤矿员工基本信息的可查询以及井下作业员工位置分布的实时定位等功能,提高了煤矿事故救援效率及其安全性能。
Coal mines in China are abundant,but coal mine safety accidents happened frequently.According to mine safety and production issues,combined with the internet of things technology,a mine network scheme is put forward.With 2.4 GHz RFID reader as perception endings,perceives and collects staff identity information carried by the tag.After checking the correct,the identity information data is transmitted to the ground computer through the industrial bus nets then VB Software analysis and process it.Achieved functions such as coal mine employees' basic information can be checked and underground work staff's position can be monitored in real time etc.Improved the efficiency of coal mine accident rescue and its safety performance.
