摘要

装备事业部生产办公系统是通过网络实现对装备事业部项目、设备、人员、物资、科研等信息进行综合管理的软件系统。通过此系统,各级领导、各级部门可以实时查阅项目的进展情况、设备状态、人员动态、经营状况等信息,并能自动生成项目周(月)报、设备动态台帐等报表,还可以取代以往通过传真等形式的设备调配(调拨)、人员调配、物资审批等审批工作,真正实现无纸办公。
Equipment department office system can make an integrative management to the project,equipment and personnel,material and research project.Through this system,all leaders and all departments can make real-time view on the progress of projects,equipment status,personnel dynamics,working status and other information.Meanwhile this system can automatically generate the weekly(or monthly) report of the project,dynamic machine account of equipment,and also can replace the signature for approval by fax form,so make it truth to paperless work.
