普光高含硫气田开发关键技术

摘要
普光气田是我国近年来发现的最大海相碳酸岩盐气田,具有高含硫化氢、中含二氧化碳、气藏埋藏深、上覆地层多、含气井段长、地层压力高、有边底水存在等特点,通过技术引进、集成和创新,形成了以礁滩相储层展布及含气性预测技术、高含硫气藏开发技术政策优化、复杂地层安全优快钻井技术以及高含硫气井安全高效采气工艺技术为核心的高含硫气田开发关键技术。上述技术的应用,取得了良好的效果:开发井数由52口优化为40口;钻井成功率100%;钻遇气层厚度符合率平均达到86.5%;单井钻井周期同比缩短60 d以上;气层段固井质量优良率超过85%;开发井平均无阻流量达487×104m3/d,实现了普光气田的有效开发。
The Puguang Gas Field,the largest marine carbonate gas reservoir discovered in China in recent years,is characterized by a high content of H2S,a moderate content of CO2,a huge burial depth of gas reservoirs,thick overlying strata on the gas reservoirs,long gas-bearing interval,high formation pressure,and the existence of bottom and edge water.Through technology import,integration and innovation,we create a series of key development techniques for such sour gas fields,including several core techniques such as distribution and gas potential prediction of reef-bank facies reservoirs,technical policy optimization for sour gas reservoir development,safe and rapid drilling in complex strata,and safe and highly efficient gas production technology of sour gas wells.With the above-mentioned technologies applied in the Puguan Gas Field,good results have been achieved as follows: the exploitation wells being optimized in number from 52 to 40;the average per-well productivity being increased from 70×104 m3/d to 80×104 m3/d;the success ratio of drilling through the gas pay zones being 86.5% at average;the per-well drilling circle being shortened by more than 60 days;the acceptance rate of cementing quality at the gas pay zones being over 85%;the average open-flow capacity of 32 wells being up to 511×104 m3/d.The achievements prove that those key technologies can ensure the highly efficient development of this sour gas field.
