大射电望远镜健康监测系统的设计

摘要
500m口径的大型球面射电望远镜(FAST)是我国在建的世界上最大的单口径射电望远镜。其馈源支撑系统具有空间结构庞大、组成复杂、控制困难的特点,因此急需对其运行过程进行健康监测。健康监测力求对FAST馈源支撑系统结构整体行为的实时监控和对结构状态的智能化评估。本文较系统地阐述大射电望远镜健康监测的新概念,并从FAST工程发展的角度探讨大型射电望远镜监测系统设计的有关问题,以期为监测系统的开发提供借鉴。
Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST for short) is the largest single aperture radio telescope that we are building now in the world.The feed support system of FAST has characteristics with huge structure,complicated mechanism and difficult to control,so it is urgent to monitor the movement condition of feed support system.Health monitoring system is to obtain the information on FAST condition through online monitoring of the structural performance.In this paper,the connotation of FAST health monitoring is pointed out in an extended sense.Related issues on the design of monitoring system,including the principles of system design and the monitoring items for FAST are discussed.
