Z形截面柱的正截面受力性能研究

摘要
Z形截面柱的正截面承载能力和多种因素有关,其正截面的双向偏压性是一个主要影响因素,双向偏压条件下的承载能力通常需要借助数值分析程序来完成求解。为了揭示其受压性能并简化相应的求解过程,对指定截面Z形柱的弯曲性能进行了试验研究与有限元分析,验证了Z形柱正截面的变形规律基本符合平截面假定,对比了Z形柱与矩形柱在破坏形态上的异同点。在试验结果与有限元计算结果较吻合的情况下,通过应变分析,确定了Z形柱正截面抗弯能力最强的方向和最弱的方向,最后给出了中和轴位置与弯矩作用方向的随动关系。
The performance on cross section of Z-shaped column have relations to many factors,and the bidirectional eccentricity of loads on the cross section is a key factor.Typically,the bidirectional eccentricity loads of it depends on the solutions of numerical simulation programs.To reveal the press-resistant performance of Z-shaped column and to simplify the programs on computer,it was carried out experiment study and finite element caculation,and confirmed the plane-section assumption on cross section of Z-shaped column,at the same time,it was contrasted the failure forms between rectangular column and Z-shaped column.Under the finite element solutions tallied with experiment results,by strain analysis,the locations of the strongest axis and the weakest axis relating to the bending-resistant capacity were ascertained.At last,a function concerning the locations of neutral axis and the directions of bending moment was proposed.
