砖含量对再生骨料性能影响的试验研究

摘要
将建筑垃圾中的废弃砖块和废弃混凝土加工后,选择5~31.5mm粒径范围内的天然碎石、再生混凝土骨料和再生砖粒作为混凝土的骨料,分别以砖粒含量为0、10%、20%、30%、40%、50%、60%的取代率,部分替代天然骨料和再生混凝土骨料,均匀拌和后形成试验用混凝土骨料。通过对比试验,研究了砖粒含量对拌和后试验用再生骨料物理力学性能的影响,探讨了其影响的一般规律。研究结果表明:砖粒含量在0~60%之间变化时,再生骨料的表观密度将随着砖粒含量的增加而降低,但吸水率却明显上升,其压碎值指标在0~20%范围内明显增加,随后有所降低但逐渐趋于稳定。另外,与天然碎石相比,试验用再生骨料的表观密度有所降低,吸水率有所增加,压碎值指标在砖粒含量较小时明显增加,在砖粒含量较大时有所降低。
After the abandoned bricks and concretes of construction waste were machined,the crushed stone,recycled concrete aggregates andrecycled brick granules with particle diameters between 5 mm and 31.5 mm were chose to be the concrete aggregates,and the natural aggregatesand recycled aggregates were replaced by recycled brick granules with substitution rates of 0,10%,20%,30%,40%,50% and 60%,then the threekinds of aggregates were uniformly mixed.The influence of brick contents to the physical and mechanical properties of the recycled aggregates after admixing with recycled brick granules were analyzed,and the general rule of the influences were studied.The experiment results indicate that,when the brick content is between 0 and 60%,the apparent density of recycled aggregates reduces with the increase of brick content,but the waterabsorption rate apparently rises,and the index of crushing apparently increases at the range between 0 and 20%,then it falls some to the stabilization.In addition,contrasting to the natural crushed stones,the apparent density of test recycled aggregate reduces some,the water absorption rateincreases and the index of crushing apparently increases with small brick content but reduces with big brick content.
