古建木结构榫卯节点减震作用研究

摘要
由榫和卯组成的榫卯节点具有良好的弹性及较好抵消水平推力作用特性,因而能承受一定荷载作用。按照宋代《营造法式》有关大木作性质与构造要求制作的木构架模型,通过缩尺比例为1/3.52二等宫殿当心间模型进行模拟地震动的振动台试验研究,着重对模型加固前后的动力放大系数及自震频率、阻尼进行测试,并进行对比分析,反映了对节点榫卯连接加固方案是可行的,同样能达到减震效果,成为木结构抗震加固的有效方法之一。
Mortise-tenon joints are usually used for connection in Chinese historic timber buildings.Mortise-tenon joints are composed by mortise and tenon,and can be used for load bearing with preferable elastic characteristic and counteracting on lateral load.A model had been made according to the actual ancient wooden place with a 1:3.52 scale of the prototype structure,which was in accordance with the requirements for the shape and structure by Ying Zao Fa Shi(Building Standards) of the Song dynasty and mortise-tenon joints were utilized in the model.The shaking table test had been carried out on the model,the dynamic characteristics of frequency damping ratio and seismic response of the model before and after consolidation were measured and compared.Based on the good behavior of the mortise-tenon and its importance on the connection between various parts of the wooden structure,it has been realized that consolidation of the mortise-ten on joint is one of the effective methods for the seismic resistant strengthening of Chinese ancient timber building.
