金属橡胶材料隔震器设计与力学性能初步研究

摘要
通过对新型金属橡胶材料隔震机理分析,以及结合建筑结构隔震器的功能形式要求,自行设计并制作一种金属橡胶材料隔震器。在材料试验机上进行相关静动态力学实验,研究隔震器竖向承载特性和水平恢复力特性,由实验所得隔震器恢复力与位移关系的滞回曲线,研究金属橡胶材料隔震器的恢复力特性和阻尼耗能特性。实验结果表明:自行设计的金属橡胶隔震器装置具有较好的竖向承载性能和水平恢复力性能,滞回曲线饱满,在地震情况下可起到较好的隔震作用。
According to the analysis of mechanism of the new metal rubber isolation and the requirements of the function of construction isolator,a new metal rubber isolator is designed and fabricated.The hysteresis curve which illustrates the relationship of restoring force and displacement of the isolator is presented by the static and dynamic experiments on material testing machine,from which the characteristic of isolator on restoring force and seismic energy dissipation is studied.With the plump hysteresis curve,the experimental results demonstrate that the new metal rubber isolator can be able to isolate vibration with favorable vertical capacity and horizontal restorability.
