断顶爆破治理冲击地压技术研究与应用

摘要
新汶矿区的主采煤层顶板均为较坚硬的砂岩,厚而坚硬的顶板较难垮落,在工作面回采过程中在采空区形成大面积悬顶,顶板对煤体压缩做功积聚大量的弹性能,为有效地防治冲击地压,确定了合理的爆破方案对顶板实施了爆破卸压,并通过数值模拟和应力现场实测表明,超前爆破明显改善了顶板条件,获得了有效的应力释放和卸压效果,从而很大程度避免了冲击地压的发生。
The main coal seam roof is more hard standstone in Xinwen mine area,the thick and hard roof more diffcult caves,the large area hanging arch is formed in goaf in the mining process of the mining face.A lot of elastic energy was accumulated because the roof work done on the compression of coal.In order to efficiently control the occurrence of rock burst,a reasonable blasting programs was determined by theoretical calculations to blast roof,which improves roof conditions and gets more effective stress relief and pressure relief by numerical simulation and field test,thus the occurrence of rock burst is largely avoided.
