摘要

本文利用现有的油田地理信息系统、生产调度管理系统、各单位现场视频监控及数据采集系统等信息资源,设计开发了油田应急管理信息平台,通过平台可实现及时预警,快速定位,信息共享,有效救援和重大危险源的实时监控。现场实际应用表明,本系统能够满足油田生产对应急管理的需求,从而确保油田生产秩序的平稳。
The information resources are used in the paper,such as the existing geographic information system,production scheduling management system,spot video monitoring of each work unit and data acquisition system and so on.The emergency management information platform of oilfield is designed and developed,the various kinds of emergencies can be reduced by the real-time monitoring of various major hazards in the oilfield company.The actual application shows that this system can satisfy the demand of emergency management in oilfield production,so as to ensure the stable order of production in oilfield.
