基于WebGIS的供水管网防震减灾信息系统研究

摘要
应用WebGIS技术建立供水管网防震减灾信息系统是提高供水管网综合防灾能力的一条有效途径。本文阐述了系统的组成部分及其功能,介绍了基于WebGIS的供水管网地理数据库的形成,建立了地震危险性分析、震害预测专业模型,利用MapX技术和VB+ArcObject服务器组件开发技术建立供水管防震减灾信息系统,实现了地地震危险性分析、震害预测、应急反应决策等信息网上发布、检索和分析,提高了供水管网的防震减灾能力。
Applying WebGIS to establish water supplying pipeline earthquake resistance and disaster mitigation information system is an effective way to mitigating water supplying pipeline earthquake disaster.In this paper,the main components and its function of this information system have been expounded,and the construction of WebGIS-based water supplying pipeline geodatabase has also been introduced.Finally,models for the analysis of seismic risk,earthquake damage prediction have been analyzed.Water supplying pipeline earthquake resistance and disaster mitigation information system is established by the MapX and component development of VB+ArcObject server,and the information Web publication,inquiry and analysis are successfully implemented,which includes seismic hazard analysis,seismic damage prediction and emergency response decision etc.The information system enhances the ability of water supplying pipeline earthquake resistance and disaster mitigation.
