新型单向预应力双向配筋混凝土叠合楼盖结构体系开发及其在灾后重建中的应用

摘要
汶川地震导致大量装配式的预制砖混结构房屋倒塌,伤亡惨重,灾后恢复重建中,预制板装配式楼盖抗震性能差,现浇楼盖建造速度慢,其它楼盖也存在造价高等缺点。新型楼盖(新型单向预应力双向配筋混凝土叠合楼盖)以预制薄板(预制预应力混凝土带肋薄板)为底板,在板肋预留孔中布设横向穿孔钢筋,以及在底板拼缝处布置折线形抗裂钢筋,再浇注混凝土叠合层形成双向叠合板。为适应复杂荷载条件,对新型楼盖结构体系进行了开拓与发展。结合灾区重建工程实例,对新型楼盖进行技术经济分析,得到了新型楼盖具有良好的技术经济性能的结论。
