无人机低空数字摄影测量技术在风电工程中的应用

摘要
随着我国能源产业结构的调整,风力发电项目建设进度的加快,基于传统电力工程勘测设计模式已不能满足目前风力发电的发展要求,而无人机低空数字摄影测量技术的成熟应用为风电勘测设计带来了信息量丰富的DLG、DEM、DOM产品,使摄影测量在小面积的风电场应用成为可能,改进了风电勘测设计效率和质量。本文就内蒙古某风电场成功应用无人机低空数字摄影测量技术进行阐述,重点研究无人机影像获取、基于DPGrid-LAT软件系统的数据处理、风能优化设计和应用分析,并对产品质量是否满足风力发电勘测设计进行探讨。
With the adjustment of energy industry structure in our country,and rapid construction of wind power project,the design model which is basing on the traditional power engineering survey has been unable to meet the requirements of the development of wind power.Meanwhile,the mature application of UAV low digital photographic measurement technology has brought the products of DLG,DEM,and DOM which involve rich information to wind power survey design.What’s more,this technology has made it possible to use the photographic measurement technology in the small areas of the wind farms,and in this way,the efficiency and quality of the wind power survey design have been improved.In this paper,the successful application of wind farms in Inner Mongolia of UAV low digital photographic measurement technology has been described,and the research is focusing on the acquisition of image for UAV platform;the data processing which is basing on DPGrid-LAT software system;the design analysis and application of wind power optimization;a discussion that whetherproducts’ quality can meet the design of wind power survey.
