矿井设备安全检测数字测试仪

摘要
为了改善矿井设备安全检测的自动化程度,研制了基于DSP的数字测试仪测试仪可以同时连接32路传感器,传感器信号经过信号调理板后进入信号采集板进行高速的数据采集,并将采集信号通过USB接口实时发送给PC机。PC机上运行VC编写的数据分析、计算、绘图、存储、报表生成等功能的程序,能实时生成符合安全检测报告格式要求的Word报表。使用测试仪可以实现提升机、水泵、空气压缩机和通风机四种矿井设备的安全检测,可以提高安全检测的精度和效率,实现矿井设备安全检测的自动化。
In order to improve the automation degree of mine equipment safety testing,the digital test instrument based on DSP was developed.The tester can connect 32 sensors at the same time.Signals of sensors entered signal acquisition board to do high-speed data acquisition after going through signal conditioning board,and then sending signals to the PC through the USB interface in real-time.Data analysis,calculation,drawing,storage,report generation and other functions of the program written by VC running on the PC,can in real-time generate report forms with the Word format,meeting the requirements of safety inspection report format.The tester can achieve safety testing for four types of mine equipment,which are mine hoisting machine,water pumps,air compressors and mine ventilation,improve the accuracy and efficiency of safety testing,and realize automation of mine equipment safety detecting.
