故县水库溢流坝泄洪闸闸墩裂缝分析及处理

摘要
故县大坝16#坝段闸墩出现两条贯穿裂缝,其中一条穿越大多数放射钢筋,裂缝已大大改变该闸墩的受力状态,对闸墩的稳定构成一定威胁。在超声波探测法探测了裂缝的深度及走向的基础上,初步探讨了裂缝形成的原因,并用有限元法对闸墩各种工况下的应力进行了分析。结果表明:16#坝段闸墩的裂缝主要由施工期混凝土浇筑时的温控、养护措施不到位或上下层混凝土浇筑时间差较大等因素引起,并在温度反复升降作用下不断扩展。可采用环氧浆液对闸墩的裂缝进行压力灌浆处理,保证闸墩的使用安全。
There were two harmful cracks throughout pier in No.16 dam section of Guxian Reservoir,and one of the cracks was throughout the most radioactive rebar.To a certain extent,the crack had greatly changed the stress state of the pier and threatened the structural stability of the pier.On the basis of ultrasonic detection,the depth and direction of cracks were ascertained.At the same time,the reason of formed crack was discussed,and the stress state of pier was analyzed by the method of Finite Element in different conditions.The results show that the cracks in No.16 dam section are mainly caused by some factors,such as the temperature control unreasonable during the construction period of concrete pouring,maintenance,and the large time difference between the upper and lower layers of concrete pouring,and so on.Those factors cause a micro-crack zone,which continues to expand because of the repeated sudden rise and drop in temperature.In order to ensure the use of pier safety,the epoxy resin can be used to deal with the cracks by the measure of pressure grouting.
