带节能复合墙板钢框架低周反复荷载试验研究

摘要
为了研究带节能复合墙板钢框架结构的滞回性能,设计了8榀单层单跨试件并进行了低周反复荷载试验。考虑了影响结构滞回性能的6个主要因素:墙板厚度、墙板类型、墙板位置、钢框架柱的强弱轴方向、钢框架的节点形式以及墙板与钢框架的连接方法。根据试验现象和由试验数据获得的滞回曲线、骨架曲线、强度退化曲线、刚度退化曲线、延性系数、等效粘滞阻尼系数等,综合评价了结构的抗震性能。试验结果表明:墙板的破坏主要集中在与钢框架连接的预埋件处,但整体性优于传统墙体;连接件的可靠是确保墙板与钢框架协同工作的重要前提;增加墙板的厚度、加强墙板与钢框架之间的连接,均可改善结构的抗震性能。最后,通过计算延性系数和耗能能力,该文给出了该结构体系在进行抗震设计时相关数据的建议取值。
In order to study the hysteretic behavior of steel frames filled with sandwich composite panels(SCP),low cyclic loading tests on eight full scale one-bay,one storey test specimens were carried out.Six main influential parameters including panel thickness,panel type,panel position,column orientation,beam-to-column connection type and connecting method of panel to steel frame were considered.Seismic behaviors were evaluated according to the experimental phenomena,hysterics loops,skeleton curves,curves of strength degradation,curves of stiffness degradation,ductility index and viscous damping coefficient.Test results show that the failures of panels mainly occur around the embedded parts,but the integrity of the panels is better than the traditional walls.The success of connection between panel and steel frame is especially important to guarantee the mutual work of the two parts.Both increasing the panel thickness and strengthening the connection can improve the seismic behavior of the structure.Finally,seismic design recommendations were presented based on the analysis of ductility index and energy dissipation of the structure.
