用固体废弃物配制生态建筑砂浆的试验研究

摘要
针对我国建筑砂浆消耗水泥量大、天然砂资源日渐枯竭以及建筑垃圾资源化水平极低的现状,以废渣生态水泥作为胶凝材料,分别采用废砖粉、废砂浆粉、废混凝土粉和混合建筑垃圾粉等再生砂取代天然砂作骨料,配制建筑工程中常用的M5.0、M7.5、M10级生态型建筑砂浆。初步试验结果表明:①砂浆用水量随再生砂掺量的增大而增大,但其分层度却趋于减小,保水性提高;②用不同种类建筑垃圾再生砂代替天然砂配制中低强度砂浆,对其强度没有显著不利影响,28 d抗压强度均可达到设计强度的要求。掺量为50%左右时可获得良好的骨料级配,强度较高;③不同种类的再生砂对砂浆性能的影响差别不大。
To address the issues that the consumption amount of cement is large in building mortar,the resource of natural sand is exhausting,and the construction waste is recycled with a low rate in China,study presented a kind of ecological building mortar with a compressive strength of M5.0,M7.5 and M10,which included waste residue as cementitious materials,and waste brick powder,waste mortar powder,waste concrete powder and mixed construction waste powder reclaimed sand instead of natural sand as aggregate.The experimental results showed that ①mortar water consumption increased when recycled sand volume increased,but its stratification tended to become smaller,and its water-retaining capacity weut up;②when different types of recycled sand were used instead of natural sand for middle and low strength mortar,there was no significant adverse effect on its strength,and the 28 d compressive strength coud all meet the designed strength requirements;and when the replacing rate was 50%,good particle size distribution of aggregate was obtained and higher strength of mortar was gained;③little difference existed among the influence of different recycled sand on properties of mortar.
