土岩复合地层注浆微型钢管桩-锚杆联合支护研究

摘要
注浆微型钢管桩以其施工作业面小、土层适应性强、布置形式灵活、具有超前支护作用等特点越来越受到工程技术人员的青睐。通过现场测试获得了青岛地区某大型建筑物用于基坑支护的注浆微型钢管桩在基坑开挖过程中的受力变形特征,总结分析了其沿深度的变化规律,认为微型钢管桩的计算模式采用桩锚计算理论较为合理。并将其成果运用于青岛地铁站基坑支护设计,通过数值模拟取得了地铁站开挖过程中基坑水平位移以及竖向位移的变化情况,分析表明该新型支护模式用于以岩石为主的土岩复合地层基坑支护有着独特的优势,产生的水平位移以及竖向位移较小,能够满足工程要求。
Grouting micro-steel piles,with advantages of smaller construction work surface,stronger adaptability in soil,flexible arrangement form and advanced support characteristic,are widely used in engineering.Dynamic monitoring is conducted to gain the deformation characteristic of grouting micro-steel piles during excavation.After analysing the variation of deformation characteristics with depth,the pile-bolt calculation theory is thought to be suitable for grouting micro-steel piles.Incorporating the study of grouting micro-steel piles into the simulation of subway station,the results indicate that the new support model has special advantage in the foundation pit support design of soil-rock formation.The horizontal and vertical settlement are small,which can satisfy the engineering requirements.
