小尺度浅层瞬变电磁检测复合材料的实验研究

摘要
针对碳纤维复合材料复杂的结构特点,借鉴地质勘探中的瞬变电磁法,提出小尺度浅层瞬变电磁法对复合材料进行检测。采用浅层瞬变电磁勘探系统,通过改进检测线圈结构并合理选择阻尼电阻,可以实现碳纤维复合材料的瞬变电磁检测。实验结果表明,剖面曲线主要异常的个数与实际缺陷的个数相同,而且异常宽度与缺陷大小的变化规律也是一一对应的。
To the complicated structural characteristic of carbon composites,transient electromagnetic method(TEM) in the geology prospecting is used for reference,small yardstick and shallow TEM is put forward to measure composites.The TEM testing of carbon fibre composite material can be achieved by using shallow TEM exploration system,improving dection coil structure and reasonably selecting damping resistance.The experimental result indicates that main anomaly of profile curve has the same number as actual defect of test block,and anomalous width is consistent with defect size in change rule.
