基于有限元软件OpenSees和OpenFresco的混合试验

摘要
为提高混合试验中数值子结构的计算精度,可以采用有限元软件进行模拟。本文将有限元软件OpenSees引入混合试验中以提高数值子结构的模拟精度。项目主要研究基于有限元软件OpenSees和接口软件OpenFresco、试验控制LabVIEW/dSPACE建立的两套混合试验系统,并通过混合试验验证所建立混合试验系统的有效性和精度。研究结果表明:数值子结构计算内核OpenSees、接口程序OpenFresco以及试验控制LabVIEW/dSPACE之间具有良好的通讯性能,能够满足混合试验的要求;两套混合试验系统具有较好的稳定性和精度。
The hybrid testing method plays more and more important roles on seismic investigation in nowadays.The professional finite element software is the good choice to simulate the numerical substructure for better simulation accuracy.This paper intends to simulate the numerical substructures by using the professional finite element software OpenSees.This paper proposes the hybrid testing systems by using the finite element software OpenSees,interface software OpenFresco,and experimental control dSPACE/LabVIEW,and validates the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed hybrid testing system experimentally.It is shown that the OpenSees,OpenFresco,and experimental control dSPACE/LabVIEW can work well together to conduct hybrid tests,and the proposed hybrid testing systems behavior excellent performance in terms of stability and accuracy.
