基于动力相互作用的中速磨煤机隔振基础振动特性研究

摘要
基于结构与设备动力相互作用,现场测试弹簧隔振基础中速磨煤机的振动反应。根据测试结果评估了中速磨煤机的振动安全性。采用ANSYS程序建立有限元模型,进行模态分析和谐响应分析。测试结果与数值计算结果基本一致。分析了隔振器数量、基础台板与磨煤机质量比对其振动的影响。研究结果对中速磨煤机的减振设计能提供一定参考。
Based on the dynamic interaction between structure and equipment,the vibration response of medium-speed mill with spring vibration-isolated foundation is tested in site.According to the test results,the vibration safety of the mills is evaluated.A finite element model is built with ANSYS,and then modal analysis and harmonic response analysis are carried out.The test results are basically in accordance with the numerical analysis results.The influence of the number of vibration isolator and the mass ratio of foundation bedplate to mill on the vibration of mill is also analyzed.The research conclusion can be referred to the design of shock absorption for the medium-speed mills.
