基于四维温度场理论的大体积混凝土数值分析

摘要
为了分析探讨大体积混凝土在浇筑养护的过程中温度应力的分布规律,温度应力主要是由于水泥水化反应放出大量的热量和边界条件的约束而导致的,基于四维温度场理论,根据实际施工过程中温度测点和温控方案,建立较为合理的有限元分析模型,通过考虑混凝土的实际力学性能非线性增长的特性,分析大体积混凝土在施工过程的温度变化过程、温度场分布及应力分布情况,发现数值分析结果与规范吻合较好,其结果可为类似的大体积混凝土工程提供借鉴参考.
Temperature stress in mass concrete is caused by large amount of heat generated during cement hydration reaction,and its boundary constraint conditions.In order to analyze the temperature stress distribution in the casting and curing process of mass concrete,this study has developed a rational finite element analysis model based on four dimensional temperature field theory,the temperature measuring points and temperature control scheme in real construction site.With the consideration of the actual mechanic performance of concrete nonlinear growth characteristics,the study analyzes the temperature variation,the temperature field distribution and the stress distribution during mass concrete construction.It found that the numerical analysis results are in a good agreement with the measured data.The results can be referenced by other similar projects.
