非破损方法在C30新浇筑混凝土受震后性能检测中的应用

摘要
通过对经模拟地震台震动后的强度等级为C30的新浇筑混凝土试块进行缺陷检测,以及超声波缺陷检测、回弹、受压破坏过程中内部缺陷变化等一系列试验,且与未震动混凝土进行了对比分析。试验结果表明,经超声检测震动后的新浇筑C30混凝土,随龄期的增长超声声速略有增加;而受压破坏过程中,则随着混凝土内部缺陷(裂缝)的产生,波幅逐渐衰减;基本上可以采用JGJ/T 23-2001《回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程》中推荐的非破损方法进行强度评定,能够满足规程误差限要求。
This paper aims at research on the performance and compressive strength evaluation method of fresh concrete shaken by the simulation of seismic station,and also comparing with the unshaken ones to analysis the differences.The test includes ultrlsonic defect detection,rebound,the test of internal defect variation in the process of compression process.The results demonstrate that the ultrasonic velocity of fresh concrete after shaken is gradually increasing with the adds of age;the wave amplitude declines with the development of the detect during the compression-destroying process;and the strength can also be evaluated utilizing JGJ/T23-2001 technical specification under the require of deviation limit.
