应用有限元法分析电磁式油阻尼脱扣器的动静特性

摘要
运用三维有限元分析方法,以塑壳断路器电磁式油阻尼脱扣器为研究对象,采用Ansys分析软件计算电磁铁的静态特性,再以静态特性分析为基础,利用多体动力学软件Adams对油阻尼脱扣器进行建模,并对其动态特性进行仿真计算。最后,分析了粘滞流体阻尼系数、铁心弹簧刚度、衔铁扭簧初始反力矩对脱扣器保护特性的影响。
Static characteristics of electromagnetic oil dashpot release for moulded case circuit breaker(MCCB)were investigated with 3D finite element method.Then based on the result of the static characteristics,the dynamic characteristics of oil dashpot release were simulated by using Adams.At last,the influence of some parameters,such as viscous fluid damping coefficient,stiffness constant of spring and the initial anti-torque of armature button-head spring,on the protection of the release was analyzed.
