基于基站协作的空间应急通信系统及容量分析

摘要
根据中国地震带的分布特点,设计了一种适用于中国地震救灾的链状空间应急通信系统。该系统由若干个高空平台链状排列而成,每个平台搭载一个移动通信基站。针对基站、频谱等系统资源受限的现实约束,为了提高用户容量,提出了一种基于对称用户分组和平均功率分配的低复杂度基站协作方法。对该方法的用户容量性能的理论分析和仿真结果表明:与传统的频率复用方式相比,该方法可将系统的用户容量提高约80%。
According to the distribution features of seismic belts in China,a chain-like spatial emergency communication system was designed for use in China after earthquakes when normal communication systems were disabled.The system has a series of high-altitude platforms arranged in line,each of which carries a base station for mobile communications.The system uses a low complexity base station cooperation method based on symmetrical user grouping and equal power allocation to improve the user capacity for the realistic constraint of the limited number of base stations and the limited spectrum resources.Analyses and simulations of the system user capacity show that the system outperforms the traditional scheme of frequency reuse by approximately 80%.
