摘要

浙江省地震局开发了基于GIS技术的地震应急指挥演练系统,开发中采用了OLEAutomation、VirtualGIS等技术手段,实现了基于GIS的多平台混合编程开发应用,并将GIS的空间分析功能与地震科学专业模型相结合,为地震应急指挥提供了技术保障。实际演练证明,该演练系统效果较好。
A multi-based mixture program development and application system based on GIS,Zhejiang Provincial Earthquake Emergency Commanding Rehearsal System, was achieved and some techniques such as OLE Automation and VirtualGIS, etc.,were used in the development. The system realizes the combination of spatial analysis function and earthquake specialty models, and supplies a technique sustainment for earthquake emergency commanding. The practical rehearsal proves the system to be efficient.
